looking at the comments calling Natani a she even though in the comic, Natani identifies as a he. kinda boggles my mind.

Honestly, it makes it a pain to interact with any Natani fanart: If you don't have him misgendered by the artist, the comments will, and whenever you correct them, they pull the "It's my opinion" crap that ignores the trans subtext around Nat getting louder and louder over time (to the point that he refers to himself as a guy in a girl's body) and the active shutdown of anyone reffering to him as a man with calling him a woman (It is so common it's infuriating). The way people treat Natani is pretty similar to how Yamato is treated, meaning this mentality isn't even special to Nat, it's just the way any character like him is treated.
