Ral's getting some training in, laying into a helpless punching bag. Today? Improving his striking. As much of a show off Ral can be, even he knows mastering the basics is essential before you can strut your stuff. Pray you're not on the receiving end of his brutal elbow strikes, fights just aren't as fun when they're over in one round.
