this interesting character is one that me and my friends brainstormed a few years ago when we were making characters for dungeons and dragons. His name is Pitsilik, (Inuit for blizzard) a dragon-born monk who longs for justice and peace, despite being a little threatening to some folks. he's about 2.5 meters tall when crouching and wields a bow staff made of permafrost and rope. enjoy!
