Since Phonics Fox never physically appeared on "TUFF Puppy," I've always wanted to theorize over why that was. And after a conversation I had with  shinewubbortiz2020 , she and I came up with a good theory.
Since I believe the Phonics Fox was the only member of Quacky's crew that had a good heart and had no criminal intentions whatsoever, I figured that Quacky would've locked her away in the studio's basement while having her tied up so she wouldn't interfere with his plans. She then sent an S.O.S. to TUFF, and Team Katswell arrived to rescue her, and thwart Quacky's plan. Afterwards, she quit Quacky's show, and is now working on her own educational kids' show while moonlighting as the Shadow Vixen.

Well, that's my theory on the matter.
