Personality: laidback and bit of a silly. Know to zone out when trying to think of new things to build
-Toshiaki wasn't born with arm or wing. Making him an outcast to other the Kangdragoon where he was living at. Often, other KD would take things from him and fly up into the air. With only having one wing, Toshiaki couldn't fly up to get them back. He found joy in building and ticker with stuff, even though it was hard with his one arm. One day during one of the town's fair, Toshiaki met a mechanical engineer with a gear that was part of their hat showing off their machinery they build. Toshiaki was super amazed by the machinery and wanted to understand more about it. So, he asks the mechanic if he could be their apprentice but got turn down. Toshiaki didn't give up yet! Before the end of the day, he met the mechanic again. This time, Toshiaki bring a little machine that he built to show to them. Mechanic was impress that Toshiaki was able to build a machine with his one arm. Though, they still not sure about having him as an apprentice, (it would be their first time having one.) But thanks to Toshiaki determination, they finally agreed. With that, Toshiaki gone with the mechanic to their workshop to learn. It... was little ruff at first. Toshiaki is understanding everything very well, it just that with his one arm he couldn't do a lot. One day, his mechanic teacher offer something that could help him, automail. An advance prosthetic that will help him to do a lot more, but warns that it will be very painful in putting it in. Even after the warning, Toshiaki agreed to it. He always wanted to have two arms, so he not passing it up. After one painful process later, Toshiaki got a new arm. This helped him out a lot and really enjoys his new arm. Later on, he done the same with his missing wing. Now able to fly like any other Kangdragoon. Finally, the mechanic teaches all they know to Toshiaki and time for him to leave. Before Toshiaki left, his teacher given him their hat as a gift to remember them by. With that, Toshiaki left. Setting up his own workshop in a town, where he met his friends and his best pal Alex.
-Toshiaki join Alex in his adventures, alongside with Yumiko as well. During one these adventures, he unlocked the power to absorb electricity and spit it out. He came even mix it with his fire breath. Toshiaki made a friendship with Ryota, a firetail otter. Ryota helps him with making parts for his machinery. Toshiaki would pay with his favorite in rare metals. Toshiaki's machines are helpful things, to fun builds that just do silly stuff.
