Apparently the person aiming at CC in the image isn't a very skilled marksman, as they're not applying any lead (aiming ahead of the target to compensate for its' movement), so when the shooter fires, the round's going to strike the brick wall behind her and CC will zip over and kick the shooter's ass before the shooter can line up for another shot. Of course, scoring a shot on CC when she's moving at speed at that angle is nearly impossible even for the most skilled sniper.
