why bring them into the authorities? a little hypnosis and they could turn into such wonderfull allies. :3

Here i tought they lost a bet or got into debt and not being able to pay. But being wanted and have a price on their heads (or soles) can pay that off quickly. Or a new way to like punish/teach a lessons to characters who cause trouble and brake stuff down in a tavern.
Whatever the reason is, it's always fun and lovely to see ladies being restrained and presented and oppertunity for some soles vieuws.
it's a pain i can relate, you wonna show how they get into this situation and so on but not enough time and will to do it.
You know what, do the naughty one, change it up and let people fantasize the rest.
