'sona-thing-guy's flame-skull head would work, and since the deep lore is that he's an unkillable undead ghost-wizard whose body is always a purely magical fabrication, I can just make it be whatever I want whenever I want.

Thus, being a shapeshifter, why not try the femboy lifestyle? And who better to show me the ropes than the boys?
