In the aftermath of a terror attack, young manager Stan the Hammer travels to Central America as a spy who will help determine the fate of a tiny nation.

I'm about to publish a short story collection called "Thousand Tales: Minus World", and I took an existing fragment and expanded it into this story with the intent to include it in the book. I'm not satisfied with it, though, and decided to cut it. Even so, it provides a glimpse of what's going on over there in between the end of "Liberation Game" and the short story "Vote With Your Feet". (The latter manages to involve economic development and skunktaur clipping errors.)
