Lan Wangji was quietly playing his quqin (a musical insturment) when Wei Wuxian came in to bother him some more, tho Lan Wangji doesn't mind.
"Ay Lan Zahn! Share a drink with me? I got a new bottle of Emperors smile. " Wei Wuxian looked at him smiling ear to ear."Wei Ying, you know alcohol is forbidden in the Cloud Recesses. You should wait til nightfall." He told him in his normal stoic tone. "But Lan Zahn I want to drink it now and I don't want to drink it alone. :c " He whined and pouted at him. Lan Wangji sighed remembering how stubborn his husband can be. " Wait until nightfall and I will drink with you." He smiled at him giving in. "Deal!" Wei Wuxian said giggling for his win. " I'll go put it away until then!" He added hopping out the window and sprinting towards their pavillion.
"Young Master Wei is always so lively." Lan Wangji"s brother laughed coming into the room. "If uncle knew you let him bring alcohol here he would lose his temper with both of you again. He might want to be a little more careful." Lan Xichen added smiling at his younger brother.

It took me a while to finish it, but here's some fanart of Wei Wuxian from "Mo Dao Zu Shi" also known as "The Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation". I used Clip Stidio Paint for it and I really like how it came out. I still need to practice a lot more with Clip to get used to it. I didn't know what to do for the background and a couple members of a group I'm in suggested the Cloud Recesses or a room in Gusu, so I kind of did both.

As for the names in the short story. His courtesy name is "Wuxian" while his given name is "Ying". Only his family and very close friends can call him by his given name. All others use his courtesy name. Same with his husband. His courtesy name is " Lan Wangji" and his given is "Lan Zahn". I don't remember what his brothers given name is tho.
