Linette perks her ears forward as she sets the table.
"I do believe our first guest is here, Able! So early in the day, too..."
"Well," Able sets down the two massive cedar-wood kegs that had been balanced on each of his muscular shoulders. "I personally am a morning person. The frost, the fragile, cold leaves, the champagne color of the sunlight peeking over the treetops..." He trails off, thoughtful, and Linette gives him a playful tickle, making him jump out of his reverie.
"I never knew you were such a poet, Able."
"Next time I'll restrain myself," Able grunts, smiling, before looking back to the figure in the waking forest. They had a small, private smile on their face.
"They're so serene there... almost part of the scenery."
Linette laughs, threatening with fingers ready to tickle again. "Get back to work, Able!"
"Yes, ma'am!"

I think you nailed a crisp autumn morning quite well for the appearance of the background from the soft glow of the morning light and the subtle wisp of breath from his nostrils – which worked really well in portraying that idea. On the character themself, I felt you did really nicely on the texture of the hair and fur (particularly in his ear) as well as the ice blue hue of his eye and the structure of his head/muzzle.
