"Somewhere, there existed a universe with a planet named Arcadia, which bore limitless skies and seemingly no surface barring the floating islands that littered said skies. Despite the world's name being that of peace, Arcadia wasn't always peaceful; in the past, its people made gigantic superweapons named Gigas, which bore the powers of the six moons of Arcadia. The Purple Gigas was originally an arcwhale, a native creature of the planet, that was captured and turned into a Gigas by the Purple Civilisation. However, in another universe, things went differently.

Things went as in the original universe. The Old Civilisations were gaining but not evolving with incredible technology thanks to the power of their respective moons, which drove them to create the Gigas. However, the Purple Civilisation was having trouble finding a suitable creature to transform into their own Gigas, which they believed would be easier to control rather than an artificial being. During the Gigas War, they found such a usable creature on their own continent, which had suddenly appeared from...well they didn't really know, but they saw it fly out of the sky and crash-land on their continent, and when they got to the crash site, they saw it unconscious...whatever IT was. They took it back to their capital city and studied it, and found it could be more than a perfect recipient for the Purple Moon's power. Thus, they began "reformating" the creature into a Gigas, expanding its size tremendously with one of their gadgets and making adjustments to its body. It was then that Purikon was born.

However, not everything went as the people had anticipated. After installing the Purple Moon Crystal into its head gem and "activating" it, Purikon looked around at where it was, seemingly in confusion. The Purple People paid it no mind and ordered it to combat the other Gigas around Arcadia, but it didn't heed their words. Instead, it looked down at them and remembered what had happened to it before and after its arrival to Arcadia, and started to destroy the Purple Civilisation out of rage. After that, it could sense the presence of multiple beings around the world, much like itself in the way that they were very powerful, but not...living like it was. It also saw how much chaos the world was in, and quickly realised the other Gigas were the cause of it. So it went and did battle with each of them, proving its superiority rather quickly using its near-omnipotent ice powers, thanks to the power of the Purple Moon, its seemingly-endlessly-extendable limbs and digits, and its enhanced mastery over space itself, seemingly thanks to the Purple Moon Crystal.

Within an hour, each Gigas was quelled by Purikon, their bodies laying broken and wrecked on the destroyed lands of Arcadia, beyond repair. However, while he technically managed to save the world, he also gave another civilisation another reason to doom it. Seeing the awesome power of the Purple Gigas, the Silver Civilisation created their own Gigas, Zelos, and used it to rain down giant pieces of the moons themselves upon Purikon. Knowing it was in danger, the Purple Gigas used its astral powers to fling the pieces of the moons away from itself, but still the rains continued. It couldn't stop every piece unfortunately, and those pieces crashed upon and ruined Arcadia even more than the Gigas combined did, a sight that the Purple Gigas did NOT like. Having had enough of the Silvites, it opened a portal to their creation's location and froze it with a blast of below-zero ice, causing it to fall upon the Silvites' capital and crush them.

Although it had stopped the further destruction of the world, it had already gone beyond the point of no return. Most of its denizens had been killed off, its islands were in ruin, and despite its great powers, Purikon sadly had no means of restoring it...or maybe it did. It scavenged the wreckages of the other Gigas, shattering Zelos to make sure it wouldn't emerge from its captivity, and found their respective Moon Crystals inside them. Alone they caused great destruction, but perhaps together they could cause great creation. Purikon focused and used its power on the Crystals, which resonated with it and spread a multi-coloured aura around the world, ridding it of all the flames and carnage that had ruined it so. The few survivors had also been healed of their wounds, and given more energy than they thought possible. After that, it destroyed all but the Purple Moon Crystal, so no other WMDs could be made with them. As for its own Crystal, it sought to take it with it to...wherever it had gone, for after it had restored the world to a repairable state, it fled using its astral powers. Where it went is anyone's guess, but its actions were deemed that of a god. A savior god at that, and Purikon became worshipped as the protector deity of Arcadia for generations to come.

If only they knew what, or who, it really was..."

Here I go again with the gifts for a monkey friend of mine! XD This one's unique amongst the others I've done thus far, as it is a new form for my friend  Monkey-Lover. A sonamode, to be exact. Sonamodes are an idea I came up with for my own sonas; instead of them being similar people in different universes, they're the same person but in different forms, hence sona"mode". Knowing what his own sona bears and considering two RPs we've done before, I figured my friend Rikki could do with, and would LIKE some sonamodes of his own, starting with this.

A brief summary for those who don't know: Skies of Arcadia is a Sega-made RPG that came out in 2000, and it's a game I've known of since the 2010s. Recently I have been rewatching old longplay vids that I watched years back and more alongside them, and I've been getting interested in the giant superweapons that appear in the game, known as the Gigas. They're all powered by special crystals comprised of the world's six moons, though the difference with the Purple Gigas (called Plergoth) is that it's actually an animal that was turned into a Gigas, rather than being made completely. Rikki and I talked about my own sonamodes and then him having some of his own a few nights back, then the idea of him having a Gigas form came to mind. Of course, said form would have to be obtained in an AU of SoA, because not only was there already a Purple Gigas, the Moon Crystals were destroyed near the end of the game, thus preventing the creation of new Gigas. The story I created above was to prevent anyone from getting confused with the game's lore. So, I created this drawing...and let me tell you, it was a PAIN to draw!! Partially due to my own laziness, but it was truly difficult to draw up! However, I've very pleased with the result, and I hope my friend will be too.

Here's another brief summary for you, one of Purikon's abilities.

- Extendable limbs: The ends (black bits) of Purikon's limbs are capable of extending for mega-miles, possibly even around the whole planet if it tried! The digits on each limb are also extendable.
- Astral powers: Purikon is capable of controlling space, something the Purple Civilisation discovered whilst examining it as an animal. Thanks to the enhancements given by the Purple Moon Crystal, it can control space on a much vaster scale.
- Master combatant: Uniquely, Purikon is capable of skilled close combat, something that the other Gigas lack. This was a heavy part as to how it was able to defeat them so quickly and easily.
- Flexible: Even without the extendable parts of its body, Purikon is quite flexible and able to dodge plenty of attacks with ease.
- Telekinesis: Purikon bears another unique ability to move things with its mind, as well as see into the minds of others. It didn't see much inside the Gigas...
- Self-awareness/cleverness: Also unlike the other Gigas, which were made to obey the ones wielding their respective Moon Crystals, Purikon retains its self-awareness from before its transformation, allowing it to make plans and strategies in and out of combat.

Special Attacks
- Spacial Spike: Purikon fires its nails from its fingers and toes, which slash apart anything they fly by, including space itself, which shatters and sucks in anything nearby.
- Tundra Breath: Its head jewel flashing, Purikon takes a deep inhale and then exhales a storm of icy breath, which instantly freezes anything it touches. This was not used against anything but the Gigas, as most of the land Purikon walked on was flora and thus even more susceptible to this attack.
- Purple Maw: Purikon focuses and summons a black hole above the battlefield, which sucks in anything below it. It can control what the black hole sucks in, and it is said this black hole leads to another dimension that Purikon itself controls...
- Million Embraces: The ornament on Purikon's head temporarily comes off, and its ponytail opens up into countless little tendrils that grab and pull anything and everything they wish inside the ponytail. It is unknown what happens inside there, but they are usually thrown out after a few seconds.
- Purple Ecstasy: This attack has never been seen before, but it's said to be Purikon's deadliest. It involves its crotch ornament somehow. Some say the purple jewel on it, which is the only other one Purikon has besides its head jewel, was made as a limiter for it, to keep this attack from being used...
