As the bell for the 3rd Round rings, the two competitors energetically step towards each other and start off with a rapid exchange! Their head and bodies sway wildly as bruises begin to set in. Their endurance holds up well as neither fighter gives an inch. Though as this drags out, Kaye’s punches begin to take more of a toll on Fenn. The mouse soon disengages from this exchange by narrowly ducking a hook and countering with an uppercut of his own.

Soon after this contest of endurance ends, Fenn begins to change up his approach. He steps back in with a light combination of jabs that Kaye easily parries. As he gauges the hare’s reactions, Fenn feints the last punch and switches into a low kick. It lands cleanly as Kaye winces in surprise. The hare is soon caught off guard again as he’s bashed with a light uppercut.

Fenn continues to pelt Kaye with these altering combinations until the hare grabs onto the mouse in a clinch. Kaye squeezes tight so as to not let the rodent nimbly dance around him anymore. He hits Fenn with a few light blows to the head as the bell rings. The fighters move back to their corners breathing a bit heavier, this round had started to take a small toll on them…
