I dont get it.. how these piggies are like.. mom and kids o_O

As I know...
In Thailand Tiger Zoo. When A tiger born some new kitty. They will exchange the kitty and the piggy. Take the new kitty to a piggy mon. And take the new piggy to a tiger mon. They belive that if they exchange the cub. The cub will grow up with no anger like other tiger and get stronger(Pig milk are good more than tiger milk). And for a tiger mon. She will get no strain for losting her cub because she has a piggy to take care like her own cub.
