Given how adaptable changelings are, and with insperation coming from a mod called Equestria at War, i figured that i could/should make a bughorse of my own. This is Mandible. something of a contrarian to whoever's in charge. In his old, warrior bug self, he tends to not concern himself with civillians, focusing instead on the primary targets of his aggression and who he's there to attack.

His Jeager form is similar, scaring away civillians rather then attacking. The lings have enough problems as it is without adding 'military goons attacking helpless civillians' to the list. Still, he's effective at what he does. enough to be allowed into the ranks of the Jeagers. the changeling special forces squad.

Under thorax however, he acts as kind of a middlepoint between the aggressive Pharynx and the peace loving Thorax. He agrees that there should be a hive militia, but voulenteer only instead of the all lings fight policy of the old queen Chrysilas. that said, he also isn't sure why the changelings are so keen on adapting pony traditions. They have their own history. shouldn't it be celebrated instead of copying wholesale (with some... loose interpratations admitidly) what the ponies do?
