This was a fun one to do as it shows what the imaginative world of fantasy possibly looks like in a person’s mind as they play against another opponent in a card battle game.
Then of course there’s the real world while not as dramatic is easily just as tense.
Two husky girls Sarah Brendhart and Bethany Bronson engage in a card battle. Sarah plays the role of Knight while Bethany plays the role of Mage.
The top panel shows what their respective character outfits look like. Sarah is wearing a full set of armor (though her beefy pegs are exposed) while Bethany wears a flimsy yet functional Mage’s robe.
It’s Sarah’s sword VS Bethany’s magic staff.
So who’s winning? Looks like Sarah is given in the real world she lays down an attack card causing Bethany to sweat. Bethany has but one card in her hand wondering if her next move can truly counter Sarah’s attack.
You’re probably wondering what specific card game they’re playing. It’s your typical Magic the Gathering type situation; though each different card game had it’s own set of rules.
I don’t got time to go over the intricate rules as this was meant to just show Sarah and Bethany having an epic battle in both their imaginations and real life.
