I hope you won't bite me for the story! The image and the process of drawing were inspired with these songs:

Vernian Process - Her Clockwork heart,
Abney Park - Herr Drosselmeyer's Doll,
Omnia - Toys in the attic.

Young man wanted to create a perfect doll, who could be the most beautiful woman in the whole world. He worked hard, and once he finished his work: he pushed a button, and his invention said her first word. He named her Adraena. She could sing, tell interesting stories and play games. He thought that Adraena is his best invention for the moment. Sometimes he thought that she is alive, but always he remembered she's just a very clever and well-done doll.
But actually, she was alive. Trapped in her artificial body, she wanted to turn into a real lady and have a possibility to love a man. She was weeping silently in her sadness, 'cause nobody couldn't see she was alive.
