Usagi Yojimbo is, in my opinion, one of the best comic series of all time, second only to Will Eisner's "The Spirit." Stan is a masterful storyteller, and a phenomenal artist capable of capturing complec emotion in a decpetively simple style. Usagi is a series I'll be collecting until I die, and I hope to meet Stan again sometime.
This was done for the Emerald City Comic Con in 2004, where I got to meet him, and gave him a copy of this work. I hope he liked it, as it was very difficult to break from my style to attempt his, and I still didn't quite get it right. That's Usagi in the blue, and my own character, K'shenurien, in the gray.
Usagi Yojimbo is the sole property of Stan sakai, and I stake absolutely no claim to him by posting this image. K'sh, however, is mine.
