Before asking for a commission, please read the information below as well as the information provided in the sheet above.

TERMS OF SERVICE

General Terms and Conditions

- I will only accept commissions from users over the age of 18. NO EXCEPTIONS! If I find out you are under 18 years of age your commission will be erased and you will be blocked. No refunds will be issued in this instance.

- Openings for commissions will be made via journal. If there is currently no journal up on my page that says "Open for Commissions" or any similar message, then I am currently not open and will not accept commissions at that time.

- If you wish to commission me, please send all information regarding your desired artwork to me via note. In your note, please give me a description of your idea with details about the character(s) involved. Please include picture references if possible.

- Nothing produced by me may be used commercially (ex: advertisements, reselling the artwork, ect.)

- Nothing produced by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, Cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in the space.

- Pictures I produce for the commissioner may be posted in digital art galleries (includes sites such as Twitter, Furaffinity, ect.) by myself, the commissioner, and any individuals who may have had their character included in the commission. When artwork is posted, credit to myself, the artist, is requested; this is not a requirement, but a common courtesy.

- In the event the commissioner requests the addition of a character that belongs to another user, I will personally seek permission to use said character from the owner. In the event that the request is denied or a response is not received within a week, I will request a different idea or an adjusted idea from the commissioner.

- During each stage of a drawing (sketching, linework, color, ect.) I will provide the image to the commissioner via Imgur. During these periods the commissioner may make requests in regards to alterations to the piece, such as posing, colors, small edits, and so forth. Keep in mind, however, that certain changes will require different amounts of time to accomplish depending on the stage I am currently at (Ex: it will be harder to move the character's arm around during the coloring stage than it would be during the sketch stage, as there's more to adjust overall)

- I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason before money is collected. Do not take this personally if you are denied, for there are a number of reasons which may cause this, including not liking an idea, not thinking I can portray it with my abilities, or even unforeseen incidents that will take up time in life.

What you can expect from me

Communication: I will try to keep weekly contact regarding your picture’s progress, giving feedback and questions if I need something clarified.

Time: I will try to have your project completed within 1-2 weeks time - however, if there is a particularly heavy workload that may require it going for longer I will let you know.

Professionalism: I will do my best to ensure my feelings do not get in the way of completing your story and/or picture.

As is the case with most artists, I operate best when working with subject matters I am most comfortable with. The following lists are a rough estimate and are subject to change as time goes on. Likewise, if something you want isn't on either list don't be afraid to ask if it's something I'll do.
