Weaknesses: Anything that could suppress his connection to Libra would leave him vulnerable, and his enhanced condition means that he is also more sensitive in certain aspects. He is still effectively mortal despite being unable to age while bonded with Libra, so he is very much able to take damage and die in a fight against a serious threat. He is also prone to being gullible.
Personality: Neil is what many would call a bona fide hero. Interested in the truth, standing up for what is right, protecting others, helping those in need, and being a kind-hearted role model. He is also somewhat of a show-off, a factor that was derived from his internet personality for his LimeTime and Gemcast accounts.
Background: An orphaned parkour and exercise enthusiastic who was forced to live on the streets after some incident that his parents were assassinated, something to do with some manner of shady dealings or secret work. He started a sort of vlog channel where he streams and records, earning a good bit of money from it that he uses to fuel his search for the one responsible as well as manage to survive on the streets. And due to being homeless, he's got a homeless friend who helped him out a lot and provided him with a living space, Neil having taken to affectionately refers to this friend as 'Uncle'.
He wants to know what happened that day, why his parents had to die, and if needed, bring their killer to justice. And when Libra chose him as a host, drawn to his desire for the truth as well as his situation, Neil found a better chance at realizing that truth. So now, he operates as both the superhero Blitz and the internet personality DashingDeer07 on both LimeTime and Gemcast.
