Eclipsing The Moon - By Saf

One of the few satisfactions i get in life is when an artist tells me that i made it easy for them to draw something they normally would never touch (i believe this is her first mechanical design ever).
For that i am forever grateful to Saf.

In this image she looks like a goddess. It reminds me of a story where some explorers arrive on a primitive planet (of humans) whose culture practiced the sacrifice of young women whose hearts were extracted, and all to try to revive their sleeping goddess. The sleeping goddess was a robot in the form of a woman in gold and silver, on whose chest was a dark gem that they hoped would restore its shine with the appropriate sacrifice. The gem was the center of power or battery, whose energy ran out due to the damage suffered by the landing, but the primitive avitantes did not understand anything about technology and attributed it to mystical powers.
Nah, it's just based on the moon by Alphonse Mucha
