Waking up a dragoness isn't usually a smart plan, but maybe this works out.

Her eyes go wide real fast.
She quickly pins you to the ground with impressive strength and speed. “Who ‘re you?” She growls, her claws gripping mine with incredible force. “I am…” You start to say, before she interrupts you, “Nevermind, don’t answer yet.” She looks up at Kishak, a glint of curiosity in her eyes.
“Miss Tritanautis! Release him immediately!” Kishak squawks at the dragoness, ruffling his feathers. “But he invaded MY personal space!” She yells back. “
“That doesn’t matter, let him go!” Kishak demands, with a glare.
“And why should I listen to a little parrot?” The dragoness acts rather sassy, almost taunting Kishak.
“Because, I said so!” The glaring contest between Kishak and the dragoness continues. “Tch, Fine!” She gets off, pulling me up with her.
“Thank you,” Kishak says, calming down, “Now about the monster… it seems to be a dragon with a parasite mushroom planted tightly on the beast's head. Unfortunately, it needs blood to survive, like mosquitoes.”
“Well, what is it doing now?” You ask, as Kishak looks our the nearby door. “It’s sleeping, but we cannot leave that way, as the we'll definitely be heard.” Kishak states as the dragoness picks up some armor, she looks at it’s silver like color, as it reflects the light, “This is my style.” She says, throwing it on. steel boots that are at least a size too big and some steel gauntlets, and then some sort of tunic top, similar to a chain mail, but tighter. You notice a slight glow to her armor… is it enchanted? You decide to ignore it for now. “Hey… Kishak?” You turn towards the parrot. “Erm… yes?” Kishak seemed to have jumped, must’ve caught him off guard. “What is our names?” You ask finally, probably should’ve done it earlier. Kishak flies down to close table. “Well, you are Drim Glaise, a traveling bard,” he turns towards the dragoness, “and you’re Mara Tritanautis, a mercenary for hire.” Mars looks towards us with an interested expression, maybe she’s finally calmed down? She breathes slowly, then asks, “So, is there any way to get outside?” Her tone is calm, but still has some sass.
“Well… there ‘is’ a window we could try.” Kishak points his left wing towards the window. You and Mara walk towards the window, thinking of a plan. “What if I hold on to Mara, as she glides down with her wings?” You ask, Mara snorting, “No.” She states sternly. “Well, guess we will die, there’s no food here, it’s upstairs.” Kishak has a smirk on his beak.
“Fine. If it’s the ‘only' way.” Mara disapprovingly agrees. Her wings flaps slightly above the window, as you grasp onto her boots. We slowly descend towards the ground and you let go about 3 feet above the ground.
“So… where to now?” Mara asks, with some attitude. “W-well… we go east, the town is about an hour walk, making haste we can get there before sunset.” Kishak says, stuttering in front of Mara.
