The daughter of dragon nobility, Kayla was raised with a silver spoon in her mouth, though growing up she'd learned to absolutely loathe the lavish lifestyle she was given to her. Her family was unbelievably affluent and influential within the exclaves they lived and operated in, and Kayla never understood nor cared why they deserved the riches that they had gathered over generations, often at the expense of the "lower classes," over the common people who work their asses off to keep society floating. By the time she was well in her teens Kayla was completely rebellious towards her family and, to a lesser extent, authority in general. The night she turned sixteen she did what any gal in her shoes would do: Magically remove her wings from her back, steal a ton of money from the family hoard, break as much stuff on the way out, and hitch a ride on an airship to move far, far away from her family.

Over ten years after the fact, Kayla has since made a name of herself as a traveling "muscle for hire," utilizing her incredibly magical aptitude and physical strength to help folks out with their troubles and terrors. She's grown incredibly well muscled, learned a great deal about her innate magical abilities, and has become a welcomed friendly face among the smaller communities out on smaller exclaves, given her love of protecting people from the many dangers that lurk within Altorian land.
