This is Sly. He's an anthro-Seviper (I compromised by giving him a longer tail. Whoever I get to draw him can make it as long as they want.)
He is a timid Seviper. As far he knows he's the only walking talking anthro snake pokemon in the world. The teasing has made him shy and weary of people. Especially when it comes to all the Zangooses that come up to him.
There is only one person he trusts and has a secret crush on. It being Lyle Rio. Lyle doesn't realize this and never will.
He is very into books and movies. Movies being his specialty.
Lately he's been looking into something that would allow him to get some confidence to ask Lyle out. Even if it means being muscular and macro, which sounds cool to him.
This guy I've been looking into a comic someone commissioned to a person that does muscle art of a person transforming into a big buff anthro seviper. So I've been trying to come up with a character for Seviper. Since Seviper is a snake and I wanted to see him in mature art, I decided anthro was the way to go though he does have a naga form, but rarely uses it. I also needed something to give me an idea how my Seviper character would look like
On a side note I have a really bad fear of snakes. I'm fine with other reptiles, but snakes are my phobia. Though I have developed a soft spot for snake Pokemon lately. Right now Seviper is the coolest one to me.

Also that same artist recently made another pic of a muscular seviper, getting ready for a battle against a charging zangoose.
Don't quote me on this, but the idea of a seviper character on your head must be fate.
(Also given Sly's motive on Lyle I imagine would be very difficult for many reasons. So giving my good luck on him.)
