they were forced to create a way to make rafael immune to the sun, for months the scientists worked hard to achieve it, in charge of the project together with other scientists, doctor klesner found the way.
they created a pill that gave rafael immunity to the sun but it was temporary.
the pill only lasted for 8 hours and every time the time was up raf had to take another one.
in the meantime the high ranking people were more or less happy that it worked but the scientists had to create more for rafl.
professor klesner was very observant and saw a conflict within rafael, because he could see how he was not like the others, he was calm, respectful unlike the others, why would someone like rafael be in an association of criminals?
one day he asked rafael when he came to get his pills, raf hesitantly answered that it was a form of revenge for all that the world had done to him, doctor klesner only smiled kindly and answered him with a phrase: revenge is not good for a person and much less to someone like you, revenge destroys the soul and corrupts it becoming evil, in you I don't see any kind of evil.
rafael was a little confused and surprised by the answer he knew, no one had ever treated him this way before, the only one who had ever treated him this way was his adoptive father who died in 1670.
that sentence made rafael think a little, wondering if the scientist was right, klesner gained rafael's respect from that moment on, he continued making the pills for raf while he still doubted if he was doing the right thing, because he knew that not all people or fur were bad.
in the early 2000's and late 90's rafael started to kill every member of red dragon, he killed from the highest rank to the lowest, he left few alive, those that rafael liked he didn't kill and he didn't kill the hostages or the scientists either, leaving them free.
rafael created his own red dragon in the years 2010 and 2012, but with the difference that this red dragon was of private security for the governments.
rafael invited his old ally doctor klesner to be part of a new red dragon in the department of research and experiments explaining him that he was not going to be like the old one, klesner accepted with that typical smile (by that time rafael was already completely immune to the sun). so klesner worked for rafael from that moment on.
