This is a character from one of my comics (or rather, a sketch for a comic). He just happened to appear, but that's the whole story. I didn't even think I could get attached to him.
It all started somewhere in 2017, when I picked up a graphics tablet for the first time and was able to draw on a computer. A couple of months later, I already managed to enroll in a free online drawing school. It was rather an amateur club, in which several professionals kindly agreed to teach others as a pedagogical hobby. As a child, I dabbled a lot in inventing and drawing comics. There was a comic book drawing teacher at that club and I immediately signed up for his lessons. We had a task for the whole course: to come up with a small comic and fit in just 10 pages. It turned out to be very difficult. We were told not to take personal characters to study, so that emotions and affection would not interfere with the learning process. After all, we can be scolded and corrected. Not everyone can stand this with their own personal characters. And then I decided to come up with someone new, whom I would not feel sorry for. And I thought I wouldn't get attached to him. The original version of this alien looked completely different. He was more like a little alien fairy, pixie. And although I also liked him that way, there was still something "wrong" about him. And later I finalized it. Until the end of those club courses, I did not have time to finish the pages of the comic to a presentable appearance. But since then I have fallen in love with this creature, and I have postponed his story, hoping to return to it one day. I managed to come up with a few more such creatures. In any case, I will continue to develop this type. Maybe slowly.
Another interesting story with his name in the comic. Initially, his name is "Someone", i.e. they don't call him anyway, because he forgot his name (now there will be a small and incomprehensible language wordplay)... To the word "someone" I added one letter "r" (in my native language), and it turned out "Nektorr". From the same word, I came up with what his real name would sound like, which he would later remember from the plot. And it turned out to be "Tenrok". Just a combination of letters without meaning, BUT not in the context of a comic book. There I gave this word a translation. From the language of the alien himself, "Tenrok" means "to be multifaceted, like a crystal."
Here you can see the sketches for the comic.
Here you can adopt a similar alien.
