Loki is more than your usual horse boy. He was born with Sleipnir-Syndrome, meaning that he's unusually tall with an extra long spine, but more notable, he has four arms, and four legs, among a few other doubled up bodyparts. Though having four hands is useful, his legs are a source of frustration, as the two stacked sets of legs often get in each other's way. Unlike the legendary horse the syndrome was named after, he can barely run, and even and walking is tedious. He's the first and only child of his family, and his strange physique is the reason why he doesn't have any brothers and sisters, because his parents were afraid they would have a weird body as well. This often makes him feel lonely, and although he knows it's not really his fault, deep down he keeps on blaming himself for it.
His biggest passion is music. Having four arms, this offers him quite some possibilities to play instruments in ways that are impossible to perform for normal people. He's learned to play several different instruments, but he feels the most comfortable with drums and percussion. And although walking is hard for him, he has some unique dance moves. But when you ask his musical friends and collaborators what's really the most important role he plays for them, it's not on stage, but in the studio. He's a well-trained and skilled producer, and you see him more often behind a mixing panel outside of the recording studio than being in it playing an instrument himself. At concerts, he sometimes appears on stage, which he enjoys quite a lot, but most of the time, he's the man behind the scenes responsible for the sound quality during live performance.
Though he is somewhat of a public figure, he rarely speaks in public, and often avoids interviews. He's afraid his stuttering turns people off, or worse, make fun of him because of it. He also doesn't wear his glasses when he's on stage, because he's afraid it would make him look even more awkward. Anxiety about his public image are haunted by somewhat irrational fears. He really doesn't like people staring at him because of his strange body, and not rarely he wears a long trenchcoat to hide his extra limbs. He still needs special clothing for everything else, and therefore he appreciates a good tailor. When he moved town and was looking for a new tailor, that's where he met the love of his life: Tamara Stilten. She and her conjoined brother Armand own a tailor shop, and Tamara has a crush on him ever since they met. They have been together for half a year now. He felt a connection, like he had find someone who looked just as strange as him.

Another character of mine with an unusual physiology. I wanted to have a love interest for my queen-goats, and I ended up with an anthro-Sleipnir character. The awkward arrangement of the legs is fully intentional to make it somewhat more realistic how he ended up with four legs, and it also gives him some more challenges do deal with. More limbs, more problems, it seems (and it's not easy to draw...), but hey, with those four arms he should be able to give some great hugs!
