Well... errrrr... first submission of the year in this account, sorry if i haven't been able to post much around here -w- i am kind of lacking of furry content to sort of speak and well... the Haven Trooper sort of look like anthros with no tails with that helmet if you think about it xD
This pic started as a lineart thingy that i did for a livestream a week ago or so, while i couldn't finish it in time, i just couldn't leave it like this!
Drawing these beauties is rather challenging i have to say, and maybe one of the reason of why there's not much fanart of these out there due to how complex the design is, but is a hell of fun to draw them regardless.
... i kind of miss MGS online... where you could play as one of them on the matches, well... not TECNICALLY as a Haven Trooper, but if you have a female character you could put the clothes of a Trooper, freaking fun that was, even though matches oftenly ended in total mayhem while everyone started to throw granades like crazy xD

This outfit from Metal Gear Survive (Not even joking it is running on another computer right now as I wait for the base camp dig timer to drop.) Is probably my favorite of any outfits they have ever done, I especially love the clawed feet. I have strongly considered making a cosplay of this outfit. Thank you for doing this, faved, look forward to more.
I have seem some amazing cosplays suits of the FROGs and damn... got to say, i have drew these Haven Trooper two times, and it amazes me the truck load of small details that the outfit has, i think this is my favorite, Military, Sci-fi Tacticool outfit ever, even more than the Nanosuits from Crysis or the Spartan armor in Halo xD

Also the multiplayer is pretty much dead on PC, I did find a few people recently but they weren't very good and we didn't get far, I do very well in private matches by myself to be honest, it's sad. This was an underrated game, btw apparently there was cosplay of this already, it's on youtube and it's pretty good. I remember when a max level player once showed me how vital those blowguns that you can place were, the ones that puff air and blow enemies away, he'd put one behind a fence and enemies would pile the fence then get puffed away over and over in massive groups. The game has a lot of neat, fun strategies. I miss the MP being alive too :(
I only played the MGS online 2 which... i believe it was the Online match for MGS4 on the PS3, now is pretty dead -w-; never played MG Survive though, all i know is that the game recieved alot of flak and hate because it's like post apocaliptic survival zombie online thing? Plus the whole Fallout of Konami kicking Kojima out of the company didn't suited well amount the community overall.
It's an amazing game really that just came out at a bad time amidst drama and backlash, but it is basically a zombie survival game in the metal gear universe, which to me is awesome. Brutally hard too. But you can wear that outfit in it, I still play it here years later but I'm a rare breed of gamer lol.
You have to buy it during the events online where it's sold, which is often, but you have to use online tokens. There's videos of it online but yeah it's a good game to be honest, brutally difficult. See they tied the online with the campaign because the story goes that it's a parallel universe/wormhole dimension, and online/co op is considered another dimension where you play certain minigames/survival modes, and it gives you a ton of junk if you win, like gunpowder, aluminum, copper, lead, stuff to make turrets, bullets, weapons and defences out of that you can craft in the lobby, but, you can also take your online gains back to the singleplayer dimension and use it to further your progress there. I made the horrible mistake my first playthrough of dedicating myself to getting through the singleplayer before touching the multiplayer and I thought it was just one of the most challenging games I've played but this second playthrough I'm golden lol. I hope you do try it and if you do I hope you enjoy it :)
