The Shepsoft/Navinet system was established on January 21, 1997. For the time being its purpose is still unknown. The navigational AI program within it, Swain.EXE, has described the 25 year runtime as "One crazy ride". Its still undetermined on what the system is meant to do, but it does seem to excel in other aspects that was not even intended....
