This overexcitable, clumsy, used to-be-normal eevee was a result of multiple research experiments going awry in a facility. An eevee’s genetic dna is already unstable so when a way too curious eevee gets into trouble, her unstable dna gets introduced and corrupted by various things. Turning her into what can initially seen as a potential bug type evolution for an eevee and infused with dynamax energy that causes her to grow when her emotions run high. So the scared growing and morphing eevee amongst the surprised scientist, ran away in fear from the facility. It was a passing young adult trainer that ran into the stressed out eevee curled up in a ball and even though her current size was intimidating, the trainer was able to calm her down and even befriend her.
