The foliage in the foreground has a cool blur effect. I like that. The detail of the ladybug on the... Is that Queen Anne's lace, or Baby's Breath? Anyway, it looks great.
The wound detail looks okay, but I feel like a wound like that should bleed more. Perhaps consider placing more of a trickle of blood on lacerations in the future?
