TL;DR: Ali is the cool, confident captain of security (of his district at least.). Despite his rank Aliquis is incredibly casual, often overlooking minor infractions or breaches of protocol in so long as things operate smoothly. Through this, he permits Mia to continue existing as data freely, if begrudgingly. He is somewhat solitary, often shunting social interaction in favor living out his fantasies through his holoprogram addiction. Though, he can sometimes be flirtatious around other men.

UPDATE: After a security breach into Apogee's systems, Aliquis was hastily fired, and heavily fined for the many damages dealt to the systems. With nothing, and little else to turn to, he went to the AIMC.
