Clearly. The bandits have less weapons/resources, so just steal from them and they become less of a threat. Totally nothing bad can happen at all.

A bit more about Rodion though. He's got a special stance that makes me super dangerous when stealing.

Vagabond Nick (stance) [Youxia HB]
While in this stance, whenever you successfully use a dirty trick or steal combat maneuver against a creature, you also deal damage equal to 1/2 your ranks in Sleight of Hand + your practitioner modifier. At 10 ranks in Sleight of Hand, whenever you deal damage with this stance, you can move up to half your speed (this movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity from creatures damaged by this talent).

He's got 10 ranks in sleight of hand, and another 5 from his practitioner modifier. He can deal 10 damage to anyone he steals from.

What's worse is with his telekinetic skills he can steal from up to 8 targets in a single action.

...and again what's worse is he can use his spell points to declare melee or ranged when being attacked, and attempt a telekinetic steal of weapons he's being attacked with BEFORE the attack goes though. He'll get punched after, but...



Just don't bring out expensive shiny things if he's around. He might want it.
