Description: As a young girl Vaciana loved to read manga, and watch stuff about heroes. From that she always wanted to try and be a hero, almost like a small fantasy of hers. Her main dream is too become a top battle pro. Whenever she sees someone in trouble she feels like she must save them, but then has to calm down, because she doesn't know the whole story. During battles, or whenever something, big goes on her victory star activates, and her body changes. She gets taller from 5' to 6' and her some of her features change as well. [[Note this is purely cosmetic.]] She can activate her victory star whenever she wants it's just she prefers it during fights, and special events. Her parents are Victini's as well making her a pure breed, but she never really flaunts that off. She can speak both English, and Japanese because she liked Japanese things as well as American ones.
Physical description: Normally she is kind of short, but still has this really cute look to her. Her breasts are decent but too huge, and the same goes for her butt. Even though she can alter her size she chooses not too unless bored. When she activates her victory star she transforms herself. While she looks like that she wear's a mini skirt, and a short black shirt. Her breasts and butt in that form are huge. And her tied ponytail white hair becomes really long down to her butt. Her cute face becomes very sexy yet serious with long eyelashes. As a shiny victini her fur is snow white, with the V at the top of her head being red, the same goes for the fur of her hands and feet.
