Just some creatures I haven't gotten around to drawing yet. Figured why not. So here's a handful o random critters.
Top down
1: Living Leafs of the Living fields.
They appear to get primarily all they need to live from the, relatively, large leaf on the back of their bodies. The rest of what they need seems to be absorbed threw their feet. They are distant relatives to the wondering forest trees thowe vastly smaller. It appears somewhere on their evolutionary paths that they remained more in their "fruit" stage of life.
2: Carnivoruse Leaf
These hefty fellows are closely related to the Living Leafs, however, their size demands more energy and have retained a simple "mouth." As such, they will eat anything they can get their mouths on. This includes you!... If you let them. Thowe they have mouths, they lack anything past a weak rasping "tongue." They primarily eat their smellier cousins until there's enough sun light to absorbed to witch they then stick their leafs to the light until there isn't enough light and begin hunting again.
3: Ourll
These hulking beasts are a reminder that not all Ill species are vicious killers... kind of. They only feed on Living Leafs. At first this may seem silly. A massive beast that moves slower at its top speed then the average walking speed of a Sea Blank on dry land feeding of skittish little leafs that can outrun the fasts sprinters. But This beast uses its tentacles that have grown hair lick bristles to scare groups towards its mouth and simply eats at its leisure. In antient times Blanks that lived on the edge of wondering forests used their dead bodies as shelters. It is said that The Way on The Wall has its roots all the way back to when The skull would be pulled to the body in an attempt to keep predators form eating them.
4: Zie-y (a type of "Living Head")
These interesting creatures are distant relatives of
Blanks They spend all their time in shallow waters filter feeding. They're a staple part of the food chains where they show up.
5: Nehall
In the small leaks they reside they are king of their domain... In the larger lacks they are rather easy prey for the larger predators. It's still unknown how they are in so many lacks and still vastly the same species in every lack. Neither is it knowns where the young reside as no example of the young on any record.
6: Swoo
This was a surprising find to be sure of. This is the only example of a deep-sea Swimming Fruit that has given up its adult form. No one knows what its adult form would have resembled. What is known is. it's carnivores. It feeds on small deep-sea Glowers (a sea animal that schools by emitting light in small bursts) The Swoo Emits light in the same way under its flap to attract its prey close to eat as much as it can.
