Yuuki was once a valiant knight for a country of religious maniacs. From a young age, he was raised to battle and see things in the way only his king and the book by his bed would allow him to. However, when he was sent to another country to assist one of their knights with training recruits, he was captured and forcefully stripped of his belongings barely half an hour from shore.
After escaping with the help of a stranger he can barely recall, he wound up meeting a band of rogue warriors who had betrayed the kingdom he had been sent to serve. They told him that the king there had betrayed the people and left them to rot during the war, so this group was searching for a way to protect the people while the king rotted the land. He joined them and gained his current garb. After many missions with the group, he decided to go out on his own, searching for a way to protect the people of this strange land.
