I've had plans for padded/diapered cartoon characters like: Felix the Cat with Baby Felix, Top Cat, Pink Panther, Anti-Sparky. yep.

I suggestion to my babyfur/diaperfur friend Luis, but Luis requested me to drew Grumpy for him

I mean watched Care-Bears in my childhood. the old show which it has Grumpy being grumpy lol. hehe

Grumpy is funny when he is grumpy, and adorable cute.

So, this was requested for my friend.
