The real problem is that the marketing company stepped onto a mine in the minefield that is social media. They damaged a clients brand in the processes. The marketing company has proven that they did not have enough of attention to detail and experience to catch this mistake. This also harms the marketing company's reputation, which will likely make potential clients look elsewhere.
One of the ways to remedy this situation is to fire the employee responsible as a demonstration that they take the situation seriously and will not let this happen again.

One would have to be careful firing an employee in that situation as a lawyer could very easily turn it around into the employee being given a near impossible situation where they were guaranteed to fail, which would open up lawsuit options.

I know we are plot reasons here, but the manager is kind of a tool. She knows how to correctly pronounce the name, so she won't get the innuendo. Which honestly it would be cute if it had to be explained to her now that I think about it.
