A rare mysterious deep sea air breathing aquatic mammal.

Nicknamed Stormrider due to fishermen and other sea faring folks seeing this creature often playing near the surface and surf the waves during heavy storms.

-Several meters long, lanky, incredibly fast swimmer with strong tail. He uses his fins to clumsily navigate on ground, or combined with powerful tail swim fast and steer tightly underwater.
-The ends of his tail tendrils can glow, to attract mates, ward of the few predators he has or lure prey closer. Row of small sharp teeth perfect to eat fish and crabs.
-Most of the time breathes air, can stay underwater for up to 45 minutes, hunting food or lounging about. The gills extend his deep diving by 3-4 hours.
-Intelligent, can avoid fishing ships, but if actively being hunted and lead or drag a boat into shallows to give time for himself to escape. Probably a loner, not many of his species has been spotted
