Well this is quite the ninetales TF. Not often you see this mon featured, but it's a nice surprise.
I can't say much about it, other than I do like the detailed transitions you've made here and there. It'd be nice to see a follow up or at least some more mention of the other mental changes, what you have here is nice to see indeed. Will we be seeing more from the commissioner with regards to this sort of stuff?
