For those who don't have Windows 2007, here it is. Sorry about that.
Full Name: Jaxamar (last name unknown)
Nickname: Jax
Alter-ego: Dragoneye
Species: Charmeleon
Gender: Male
Type: Fire
Year: freshman
Ability: Blaze
Starting moves: Ember, Will-o-whisp, Fire Punch, Flamethrower
Freshman moves: Fire Blast, Dragon Claw (can use a claw-weapon that functions like the Charcoal hold-item otherwise (Note: not the Sabreclaw Gauntlets; those are used exclusively as Dragoneye), or just use his natural claws), Heat Wave, Overheat
Sophomore moves*: Fly, Steel Wing, Dragon Rush, Blast Burn
Junior moves*: Blaze Kick, Fire Spin, Lava Plume, Twister
Senior moves*: Eruption, Dragon Pulse, Dragonbreath, Flare Blitz
*He evolves halfway through his Sophomore year.
Appearance: Jax seems average in almost every way, at least at first glance. However, he has small spikes at the backs of his cheeks (two on each cheek), and larger wings than normal. Because of his Salamence father, he has a somewhat muscular, if wiry, frame. His father is also believed to have a bit of Rayquaza blood in his veins, as Jax’s eyes are brilliant gold. He often wears a blue coat over his uniform shirt and pants, out of personal preference and also for practical reasons; the ankle-length coat has been treated so that it’s fireproof, as is his belt. As such, he wears it to protect his uniform.
His alter-ego is Dragoneye, carrying both the Sabreclaw gauntlets, and his mother's Inferno Blades. Even his outfit is different, as he wears a breastplate, and the coat he wears beneath it is pure white. The belt he wears has several pouches that contain items he uses as a superhero, and also has plates of armour covering his groin and hips. His legs and arms are also protected by plates of what looks like ballistic armour, but is actually a modernised variant of his father's ancient clan's traditional battle armour, and, as such, is nearly impervious to most attacks. He’s updated the gauntlets with a pair of Aura-enhancing crystals, which allow him to focus and utilise Aura abilities. Unfortunately, he hasn’t gotten very far with learning to use these powers yet.
There is a lacing of surface scar tissue on his left arm, although he doesn’t remember the event that caused it very well. The scars do not impede his movement in any way, however, and appear to only be cosmetic in nature.
Personality: He seems unusually quiet and calm for a fire-type, being of a studious nature and something of a bookworm. However, beneath this exterior is the typical hot temper of a fire type, although he keeps it under tight reign, using it only to fuel biting comebacks. He is quite shy, but, once you get to know him, he is very warm and friendly. He has a tendency to become somewhat tongue-tied around females his age, occasionally leading to problems when dealing with the opposite gender. He enjoys reading fantasy books. He also enjoys meditation, and can be seen quietly sitting on a bench or some steps during breaks. Anyone with a similar liking for it would find a good friend here. An avid gamer, anyone who can keep up with his gaming chat immediately earns a measure of respect. He doesn’t trust that easily, although he is open-minded, and he firmly believes that respect and trust must be earned, not given automatically. His favourite type of battle is the rare, free-for-all brawls that tend to take place during end-of-term exams.
Jax keeps it quiet, but he's a Dragon Tamer, belonging to one of the clans of them that originate from before Pokemorphs even existed, through his Salamence father, whose birthplace is Blackthorn City.
His alter-ego, Dragoneye, hasn't been seen much yet, and Jax hasn't had much time to come up with a personality for him. He is, however, an Aura Guardian, albeit an inexperienced one.
He speaks with an ever so slight accent, and spells and/or pronounces many words slightly differently from his peers. His fluent English is easy enough to understand, but he might include the occasional unorthodox word or pronunciation.
Habits/hobbies: Jax is an amateur writer, and seems to prefer a sci-fi fantasy setting of his own creation. He also has a yoyo, which he will sometimes absently play with if there’s nothing to do. He’s also an avid gamer, and especially loves competitive games, where he can pit himself against others in ways other than battles. As Dragoneye, he has a habit of playing with his cuff and constantly adjusting his helmet and gauntlets.
Personal items: Jax wears a torc with a pale blue, diamond-shaped gem in it. Its origins are a mystery. Also, as it won't come off, as Dragoneye he wears it hidden beneath a scarf. There is also a laptop computer (purchased by his father specifically for Jax’s studies at PCA), a hand-held gaming console (generally stays in his room), an LED yoyo (one of those fancy ones that lights up as you play with it), several posters, a pack emblazoned with a Yin-Yang symbol, and a black cell-phone.
Jax wears his clan symbol, a silver dragon-tail pendent, whether he's Dragoneye or just himself. This is perhaps the weakest and strongest points in his disguise; it is easily explainable, but also highly recognisable, and could lead to awkward questions if it is damaged when Jax is doing the super-hero thing. He also has a device fitted to his belt that allows him to instantly switch outfits; it only responds to his biometric print, however, and cannot be activated by anyone else.
Strengths: Jax is physically fairly powerful, despite his wiry frame, and he is very fast, allowing him to dodge and attack swiftly, and also parry most moves his enemy throws his way. His mental acuity is also sharp, rendering his Special Attack and Special Defence high as well. He can use his Dragon-type moves effectively despite his type. If things get tight in a battle, his Blaze ability activates, vastly increasing the power of his fire type moves until he is either healed or the battle ends. Lava Plume and Eruption can potentially be used to clear the arena floor, making Jax excellent in free-for-alls. His heavy firepower makes him a potential asset to any team. If necessary he can also act as an "annoyer", darting around the arena peppering the opponent with low-powered moves like Ember and Fire Spin. Many of his attacks have the potential to cause a burn, and Will-o-whisp is a guaranteed burn if it hits, allowing him to fill a tertiary role (although not to the extent of some others). Jaxamar is a user of Aura (albeit inexperienced and as yet inept), utilising this ability heavily as his alter-ego, Dragoneye. He can also turn his eyes’ “whites” the jet black colour seen in a few Pokemon, Rayquaza being primary among them, although exactly how he does this remains a complete mystery even to him. Jax also has extensive knowledge of the medicinal purposes of certain berries.
Weaknesses: As Jax's defensive style favours not being in the space the enemy is attacking, or deflecting physical attacks, he can prove to be a little flimsy in a close-range battle. He must also be extremely careful when using Overheat; using it more than once in a single battle can cause him to develop a dangerous fever. Blast Burn is a devastating fiery wave, but it requires him to rest for several seconds before he can continue. He generally saves it as a finisher. Flare Blitz, of course, has recoil, which is a problem, since it's a close-combat move. In a team-battle situation, Jax must be extremely careful with his Lava Plume attack, as it is a wave-type attack, hitting everything around him. If he's going to unleash Eruption, get away from the opponent; the move can be a little... imprecise. Also, his specialisation in the Fire type (at least during his early years at the PCA) makes him vulnerable to type-advantages and the Flash Fire ability. The only two status effects he can induce are Burn and Paralysis, both of which are fairly easily countered. His aggressive style means he can be goaded into attacking recklessly. As Dragoneye, he is still a junior hero, which places him at a severe disadvantage during a battle against an experienced supervillain. His inexperience also does not lend itself well to his skill with his Aura abilities.
Team Role: Heavy striker (Primary)/Area control (Secondary)/status inducer (Burn specialist)
Combos/combination attacks: Dragon Flame Claw (Dragon Claw X Fire Punch), Inferno Fury (Blast Burn X Eruption)
More Combos to come.
Background: Jax is the son of a Salamence and a Charizard, both semi-pro battlers and secretly superheroes, although neither of them was particularly well-known. Although Jax didn’t directly inherit their abilities (both of them being artificial in nature), he did, however, have a curious ability to ‘read’ people’s emotions.
Jax’s homeland falls within roughly the same time zone as Japanda, but is far to the south, well beyond the equator, although its northernmost reaches still fall within the tropical zone. Jaxamar himself was born and raised largely in the south-western part of the westernmost Region of the country, with a two-week vacation to the smaller eastern regions the only time he had ever spent more than a few hundred miles away from his home in a town in the temperate south of the Region.
He spent the first two years of his high-school education in a regular battle academy back in his homeland, where he learned eight combat moves (the other four were from his mother's coaching prior to this). The reason for his transfer to the PCA as an exchange student remains something of a mystery to him, but he intends to take full advantage of being given the opportunity to study at one of the most prestigious battle academies worldwide.

Wow. Just; wow. This is a massive improvement to your original profile. You've got everything here. Damn, this has more detail than my own style of profile. Very, very good work here. But, you didn't explain who or what Dragoneye is, so just add that to Jax's profile and it'll be good to go.
