Okuu in all her bird-brained glory not getting the innuendo of a third leg.
Fun fact -> ZUN had a difficult time trying to figure out a way to have Okuu have the Yatagarasu's third leg without it being overly indecent or possibly indecent.
Though the "third leg" is on her right arm, it hasn't stopped people from drawing it in... different areas.
