What is this?
Formy is a 3D model for DAZ studio that was customized to help out artists in the Form/Shape sketch part.
It's made to be easy to use - and hopefully will help you out as it helped me.
Unlike other 3D models - it doesn't hide the forms/shapes under details like skin/muscles, so it's easier to draw over it. And it allows you to basically "sketch" the forms in 3D.
You still need to learn proper Art Fundamentals and Anatomy - but this model will help you in the construction/posing piece to maintain distance and volumes.
It's free! Give it a spin!

a few things that stood out to me when fiddling around with it was lack of more position controls for the breasts and butt which sorta limits their usefulness beyond a certain size limit. And I'm not finding a scale slider for the buttcheeks? Also a slider for the angle of the pelvis rings would be helpful.
You should read the provided Documentation then.
In it, you will find that if the Shaping Tab is lacking, you can use the Posing Tab to adjust the Translation, Rotation and Scale of body parts. Every body part has a full range of motion.
Also in the Scene Tab you can find special bones called "mid" and "top" to adjust the position and scale of the rings.
Looking into the Documentation PDF for more details.
Thank you for feedback though - I'll make sure during the YouTube tutorials to show this option extensively. I'll be the videos once my voice returns.
