I'm doing a 100 days of Master studies. One a day, no days off.
So far doing good after 18 days but the journey will be long and challenging...
You can follow me on Twitter to see a new one every day, having an audience for this really helps to motivate me.
Or support this challenge with a 1$ on Patreon. That really helps a lot!

I love how you control textures. I struggle a LOT on master copies to get the texture right, it oftens feels so polished it feels plastic asgdfahsgd
Inspiring artwork to see before my studies ♥ Thank you for sharing! How much time you spend in each copy, more or less?

I find that brushwork, rendering of textures and materials is the hardest thing to learn. I think the struggle is a part of it, I struggle too, believe me. We just gotta throw wok hours at that problem until one day, it's kinda solved.
As for these studies, due to the complexity, I am comfortable at around 2 hours of work. That's enough to capture the essence of what makes the painting good without going too deep into rendering.
