Ugh, I look terrible.

Anyway, this Saturday I had the fabulous opportunity to meet Bobby Clark, a retired stuntman and actor most famous for playing the Gorn captain in Star Trek: The Original Series. The mini-con was hosted by my group, Austrek, and Bobby had flown in for the occasion from his home in the US.

He was, in short, wonderful, a very well-mannered and friendly man with a hundred stories and a rather high tolerance for derp, since he managed to put up with me. I drew him a Gorn, and we ended up talking about art styles and his ex-wife, who used to be an animator for several large cartoon studios in the 70s.

Great guy. He signed my Gorn bobblehead, and allowed me to hug him.
