One day I was hit by curious thoughts about where the MLP Kirins might fit into the FoE verse and after considering, and rambling, about it, I ended up having fun creating some OC's around those ideas.
Gory Whisper origins from the hidden Kirin Valley. It barely holds onto its safety from the radiation that swept the planet, but the protective magic is doing its best. As the valley dies bit by bit, its resources are dwindling. And sometimes dealing with a troublemaker is easier by just tossing them out, to save on the resources.
Per tradition Whisper was dipped in the Pond of Silence before kicked out, to not talk too much about the secret valley and its magic.
Joining a locale gang of raiders to learn to survive, they adopted the name Gory Whisper to fit in, for someone looking so void of emotions they can be just as cruel ad ruthless as any raider who takes joy in unnecessarily violent acts.
They just want to survive and sees the inhabitants of the Wasteland as nothing but animals desperately clinging to life in a dying world. Just like themself.
