Oh boy here's an oldie of my oldies.
Terror here has been used in different RP settings but one of his originals was as a raider chief in a FoE setting, and by far my fave version. Terror was born for the Wasteland, his special magical talent focused on manipulation of organs and blood streams, which you can get quite creative with if you really set your mind to it. Such as instant heart attacks, or force the blood to keep flowing to keep a torture victim alive for as long as possible.
The origin of other OC's like Golden Dancer and their child Tiny Terror, equally used for different settings than just FoE but to same theme. Abusive relationship, often ending with either Goldie killed by the abuse, or Terror killed off by someone taking justice into their own hooves (example gust starred being Clock-Face's Noir as shown)
