Anyway, I didn't put any effort in mastering or something. It was all some former predefined setup in Cubase where I record all my guitar ideas. It sounded quite ok to me, so I exported it without checking for clipping or something. And I think right before the middle there may be some clipping.
This sounds great, i've put it on repeat and the ending loops perfectly with the beginning of the song, it has been a while since you posted it here for what i can see , it's really curious how someone (like me now) can find a song that's like 9 years old here and leave a comment as if no time had passed haha, i've checked the arrangement you made for Shinobi II too, Yuzo Koshiro is one of my favorite composers and your arrangement is really good!
I thank you. I haven't heard this improv in years. But listening to it gives me a nice glimpse of the fun I had back then doing it.
And it totally okay to dig up and enjoy some old stuff or even commenting on it. Just critique and reviewing loses its value over time, since the artist most likely has moved on and developed further.
I thank you again. I also love the works of Yuzo Koshiro. And I can not stress the importance of music accompanying visual media enough. And Koshiros soundtrack get me into the mood everytime and gives me an immersive experience even if I play that game on a 5" Game Gear display.
BTW: I composed a song some months ago... where I even stated that influence.

I don't know if it's audible, but it felt to me that way.

Oh, you're welcome Orlando, and thanks for that link too! I'm listening to it now and I can imagine why you mention Yuzo Koshiro as an influence, the transitions work very well, the whole track it's really enjoyable to listen honestly.
The part that can be heard near the beginning (around 00:31 seconds) loops nicely with the end of the song too, and it's so easy to have it on repeat.
I can imagine some kind of futuristic city surrounded by a clear sky while this plays in the background, preparing yourself to walk into a dungeon or something like that.
I'm a big fan of Etrian Odyssey games now that we mentioned Yuzo Koshiro, so that can be one of the reasons to think that haha, life without music wouldn't be the same for sure, I'm always searching for new things to listen as well...
Have you heard anything from Shin Megami Tensei? I'll listen more of the things you have uploaded here when I have more time, I'll leave this here if you want to listen to it, have a nice day/night :)
