Old character I redesigned not too long ago, to get out of the same old same way I drew most of my characters back then and give Deva here a more personalized design.
Still kept her reptile look but added a bit more limper snake feel too it, removed the wings she never used and only had cuz I added wings to everything back then.
Kept the colours and way of drawing her scales as that's the most unique part about her.
Still a trickster who enjoys creating natural disasters and arson when she can.
