Small excerpt from the fic:
“Sigh, maybe we can-” Hornet couldn’t finish her thought as a tremor could be felt shaking the ground the bugs stood on. Along with it came a rhythmic drum-like sound, becoming progressively louder and louder until it devolved into thunderous buzz, Hornet could recognize the sound yet couldn’t point to its direction. Looking at Quirrel and Moth, they had their nails drawn, Moth shakily holding on to their balance. And just like that, a massive winged creature ascended from a nearby overhang: A Vengefly King.
